- Bronze pricing is applicable only to fundraisers initiated on or after August 15, 2020.
- Premium features (Social media shoutout and a feature under ‘Trending fundraisers’) are offered at 0% for natural disaster campaigns
- A 3% fee, covering both local and foreign payment gateways, applies to funds raised
- Taxes: A GST of 18% will be charged additionally on Ketto Success Fee and Payment Gateway fee (excluding the total funds raised)
- Ketto Success Fee is based on the actual amount collected, not the goal amount
- Currency exchange rates depend on the recipient's bank
- GST credit is available to customers who submit timely GST details on our portal
- The funds collected on the platform, under any campaign, are subject to deductions comprising various expenses, including, advertisement spends incurred by Ketto for promoting a campaign across digital platforms, costs associated with photo/video shoots, payment gateway charges, employee/resource costs, technology expenditures for operating the website or mobile application, and any other applicable costs, charges, taxes, or levies. Ketto reserves the right to change its pricing from time to time
