My name is Ghafar karimsab Pathan and I am raising funds for my son, Shahid Pathan who is suffering from Spastic Quadriplegia/ Spastic Quad/ Spastic Quad CP and is undergoing treatment at Aster Prime Hospital, Hyderabad .
