About the Fundraiser

A charity that gets you a designer dress!

realme values society and is committed to giving back. During this Diwali, realme hopes to raise a generous donation to support Purnata in its fight against Human Trafficking in India. In this one-off opportunity, people can help raise for a noble cause by entering a raffle/lottery. The winner of the raffle will get to own a dress from realme powered ‘ONYX’ collection by celebrated designer Amit Aggarwal worth INR 1,50,000 featured at India’s most sought-after premier fashion event, Lakme Fashion Week x FDCI.

The collaboration presents an elevated exploration of trend-focused fashion concepts rooted in empowering design. ONYX collection is inspired by realme GT NEO 3T checkered design and features sheared fabrics that interact with light and shadows, micro hemlines that morph into party-ready and rubber corded bodices that underline the human body.

About the cause

Purnata intends to use the funds from this campaign to replicate its existing Mumbai based work in Sonagachi Kolkata, known as the largest red light area (RLA) in Asia. The project will be called Mukhtir Aalo - Light of Freedom. Children of sex workers aged 15+ will be provided with life skills and vocational training with job placement opportunities to earn their livelihood and sustain themselves. The NGO aims to Provide Protection, facilitate good education, promote health care to children and restore their childhood through its initiatives.

About Amit Aggarwal:

About Purnata:

PURNATA, meaning ‘completion’ or ‘wholeness’ began work in April 2014 & is registered as a Society & Trust under the Societies Registration Act of 1860 & Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950.

Prevention is critical to end trafficking or at least make a dent in it. Purnata Rescues, Rehabilitates and Reintegrates survivors of Human Trafficking in Mumbai and West Bengal, with a major focus on prevention at source, transit, and destination. 

*Terms and conditions of lucky draw

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the conduct of the activity organized, conducted and brought to you by Ketto Online Ventures Private Limited”), realme and Purnata on the terms and conditions as stated hereunder:

  1. The sponsor of this lucky draw is realme.
  2. User can participate in this lucky draw by donating to this campaign.  Users who are under 18 years old need to be accompanied by parents or guardians when participating in the lucky draw and claiming their prizes.
  3. Employees of Ketto, realme and Purnata, their immediate family members, advertising agencies and any other parties directly involved in organizing, promoting, or conducting the Promotion are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
  4. Ketto, realme and Purnata have the discretion to exclude any person from participating in the Promotion without any obligation to furnish any notice and/or reason.
  5. The Promotion is open from 19th October. The Draw will be held on 3rd November 2022, 3:00 pm.
  6. Ketto, realme and Purnata reserve the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and participants (including a participant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any participant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
  7. All details and particulars submitted in the donor details must be accurate, true and complete. Incomplete, inaccurate or illegible details will be disqualified for Lucky draw.
  8. realme shall contact the Winners via phone/email within seven (7) days of the conclusion of the Lucky Draw (“Notification”).
  9. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable for cash or any other items.
  10. The program, shall not be applicable in the state of Tamil Nadu of India
  11. It is clarified that in case the winner become disqualified on account of any Government restriction, winner regulations, norms, policy etc. in any state, in such case Winner shall not have any claim against Ketto, realme and Purnata for the same and shall be deemed to have availed of his/her prize.
  12. Each participant must be careful in providing their information. In case the participant provides inaccurate and/or false information, the prize would be forfeited or will be passed on to another participant without any further communication with the claimant. The Organizers shall have the sole discretion in this regard.
  13. Decision of the Ketto, realme and Purnata and Auditors will be final and binding with regard to program and prizes and no correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.
  14. Entries are deemed to be submitted at the time of receipt of the entry into the Ketto’s database, and not at the time of transmission by the participants. The database maintained by the Ketto shall be considered final and no correspondence in this regard shall be entertained.
  15. Ketto, realme and Purnata reserve the right to cancel, modify, extend or withdraw the activity at its sole and absolute discretion without giving prior notice. It shall be the sole responsibility of the Participant(s) to check the Terms from time to time.
  16. Any costs or expenses incurred to participate in the program and/or to claim the Prize, if any and as applicable shall be solely borne by the Winner and Ketto, realme and Purnata shall not be liable for any such costs or expenses.
  17. All the personal information of the participants shall be kept confidential and shall be used only for the sole purpose of organizing and conducting the activity and will not be shared with anybody else.
  18. Ketto, realme and Purnata assume no liability or responsibility for (i) any errors, omissions or inaccuracies of activity or submissions, (ii) Any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information that may be contained therein. (iii)Any deletion of data or interruption or discontinuance of transmission to or from during the activity.
  19. All disputes relating to this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Gurgaon (Haryana) only
  20. Acceptance of any prize shall constitute consent on the winner’s part to allow the use of the winner’s name, photo, image, voice and/or likeness by realme, Ketto and Purnata for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law.
  21. realme, Ketto and Purnata shall not under any circumstances whatsoever be liable for any loss, injury, damage or delay arising out of any cause whatsoever beyond our reasonable control or any malfunctioning of or defect in or failure of the prize or any loss of the use of the prize.
  22. By entering the Lucky Draw or accepting the prize, you agree that no claim relating to such losses or injuries (including special, indirect and consequential losses) shall be asserted against Ketto, realme and Purnata its parent companies, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agents from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from the Lucky Draw and acceptance of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage.
