Skiing the North Pole to complete the Grand Slam

This April, I am going to make my country proud by fluttering the India flag at the North Pole by skiing a distance of 111km in freezing temperature braving all odds.

I will become the second in the world to complete the volcanic 7 summits and the Explorer's grand slam. 

I will also be the first Indian to climb the 7 summits, ski the last degree to North Pole, ski the last degree to south pole (combined known as Adventurer's/Explorer's Grand Slam) and climb the 7 volcanic summits.

I will also be the youngest in the world to complete the volcanic 7 summits and Explorer's grand slam.

This will change the face of adventure sports in India and will bring great honor to our country which is dominated by entertainment sports like cricket and football.

Policies for Adventure sports in India needs to be revisited as not many people ventured outside the Himalayas when the policies were formed. Hence I am not getting any central government support.

However, I am lucky that I have a great circle of friends and well wishers without which my expeditions would have been incomplete. 

Currently I am running against time and struggling to fund the expedition and hence chose to take the cloud funding platform to reach out to you.

I have exhausted my loan taking capability and am banking on family and friends to fund the delta.

Satyarup will become the second person in the world and only Indian to climb the 7 Volcanic summits and the Explorer's grand slam (7 summits including both the list + 2 Poles) 

Satyarup already is the youngest in the world to climb both the 7 summits and volcanic seven summits and is the first person from India to do so.

Satyarup is in the last lap and is just left with skiing the last degree to North Pole.

Satyarup is still short of funds to make the country proud.
