School kids come together to raise funds to help make wishes come true

Hello friends,

We are the health and disease group from CP Goenka International School, Mumbai. Though medicine had advanced, there are many diseases which have no cure.

We aim to raise Rs. 50,000 to help make kids, who are suffering from incurable or life-threatening diseases, wishes come true. We have partnered with the Make-A-Wish Foundation of India, to make the wishes of 8 to 10 children come true. This is only possible with the help of your donations. This cause is close to all our team members; hearts as we have experienced the loss of a loved one because of it. Could you help us enlighten the lives of many by contributing? We appreciate every donation!

This online page will be open for a month. At the end of this month, all the money raised through this online portal will be used to plan a memorable event as soon as this situation improves and it is safe for the children to come to receive their innermost cherished wish gift. You will receive full information on the children whose wish got granted along with a receipt for your generous donation.

Make-A-Wish India is a charity organization that fulfils the wishes of children in age 3 to 18
years, who get diagnosed with a critical illness. Doctors have shared that granting of the
innermost cherished wish of these children, has helped restore in them - hope, strength
and joy.

In 2004, a boy Harsh diagnosed with Cancer was taking treatment at the TATA Memorial Hospital in Mumbai. His wish to have a CD Player was granted with a lot of English music CDs. Today Harsh has completed his medical treatment, is in good health and has just completed his civil engineering studies at IIT Bombay. That is the Power of A Wish.
